Nutritious Blender Oatmeal Breakfast Bars Recipe for Toddlers
Ingredients :
- 2 cups of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup apple puree
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions :
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and line a 20 cm square mold with baking paper.
- In a blender, grind the oatmeal until it has a flour consistency.
- Add the applesauce, honey, almond butter, chocolate chips, raisins, cinnamon and vanilla to the blender.
- Mix all the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
- Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the bars are lightly browned around the edges.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting the bars into squares.
- Store bars in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
