Pumpkin pie
Ingredients :
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 400g canned pumpkin puree
- 200g sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
- whipped cream for garnish
Instructions :
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in a pie pan.
- In a bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
- Pour the mixture over the shortcrust pastry.
- Place the pie in the oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the filling is slightly jiggly in the center.
- Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool completely.
- Garnish the tart with whipped cream before serving.
