Mango Salsa Dip
This quick and easy mango dip recipe is perfect for summer aperitifs or as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
Ingredients :
- 1 large fresh mango, preferably semi-ripe
- 1 small tomato
- 1 small onion
- 1 small bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- A small bouquet of fresh herbs of your choice (parsley or coriander)
- Black pepper and salt to taste
Preparation :
- Cut the tomato, onion and pepper into small cubes.
- Peel the mango and blend it in a blender until you obtain a semi-fine texture.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, add the olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
This salsa is delicious with chips or tortillas, but can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and wraps.
