Golden Sourdough Bread Recipe
Ingredients :
- 500g organic wheat flour
- 300g active sourdough
- 10g of salt
- 350ml lukewarm water
Instructions :
- In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
- Add the active sourdough and lukewarm water, then mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Cover the bowl with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for 12 hours at room temperature.
- After 12 hours, take the dough out of the bowl and knead it for 5 minutes.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled loaf pan, cover with a clean towel and let rest for 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 240°C.
- Place the bread in the oven and cook for 30 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 200°C and continue cooking for 20 minutes.
- Remove the bread from the oven and let it cool on a rack.
